for medical reasons |
1. If you have a doctor's prescription for your
hair piece in medical purposes, keep the receipt of your hair
piece and the written prescription. They are considered a tax-write
off purpose.
2.Most (but not all, ask your insurance company first) insurance
companies will pay for your hair piece, and only if you have a
prescription for it. The Prescription must be made out for a “medical
wig purpose" in order to be reimbursed. |
