Our manufacturer collects high quality European and Asian hair in the world, the hair is cut off from pony tail growing for many years. The hair after treatment processed, they are sanitary and prevent hair tangling. We also accept customer’s hair to make a wig or hairpiece. Human hair is natural-looking, soft-touching. They can be colored, perm, heat-dried, and curl iron.

Our synthetic fiber hair is made in Japan. It is a top quality fiber hair, so they are very looked like a real hair. Synthetic hair can not be colored, perm, heat-dried, and curl iron, BUT its color and shape can last very long time.

Base Material:
We mostly use three type of material: Mono, Poly, and Lace.

Mono: Fine Mono, Welded Mono.
Light material and gives you maximum ventilation. We recommend the welded mono to people who love sports or sweat a lot.
Poly:
Poly is skin looking.
It is thin. Light and comforts to your head shape.
Lace: French Lace, Mono Lace
Lace is the most delicate material. It is used to realistic looking hairline as to be virtually undetectable that is not the wear's own growing hair. When it is pressed on your scalp with double side tapes, the lace completely disappears.
There is NO HAIRLINE in the front of your scalp.

Due to Federal and Provincial Health Department Regulations regarding the sale of wigs and hair pieces no refunds or exchanged are accepted on used items. No refunds or exchanges on custom made wigs or hair pieces, special orders or styled merchandise. We care about your satisfaction with our produsts - so let us answer any questions you may have before placing your order. One exchange per item will be allowed on limited merchandise under certain conditions (excluding Rene of Paris, the Aspen, C & S Fashions)

1. Unworn and unchanged merchandise will be exchanged for equal or greater value, if the replacement merchandise is more expensive, the customer will be charged the difference in price and the customer is responsible for the re-shipping charge on exchanges.

2. Merchandise returned for exchange must be in original packaging with all original tags on it and the net still attached. Be sure that merchandise must is not worn, brushed, styled, changed or combed in any way and must be in NEW condition.
Any merchandise that is returned to us, which does not meet our guideline for returnable items, will be returned back to you at your expense.

Shipping/Delivery:
Custom units are 5 to 6 weeks delivery. $45 each, for 4 weeks delivery. Due to the nature of manufacturing process, delivery time is not guaranteed. However, if we could not deliver your rush order at week 4, $45 rush service fee will be waived.

Cancellation:
We must be received of your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed.

Medical Customers
We utilize special material which is soft, light weight, comfortable and ventilative for our clients with sensitive skin, serious conditions including severe burns to the scalp, hair loss as a result of chemotherapy, radiation treatment, and alopecia.

How to write off the cost of the wig for medical reasons
1. If you have a doctor prescription for your hair piece in medical purposes, keep the receipt of your hair piece and the written prescription. They are considered a tax-write off purpose.
2. Most (but not all, ask your insurance company first) insurance companies will pay for your hair piece, and only if you have a prescription for it. The Prescription must be made out for a “medical wig purpose" in order to be reimbursed.

Hair-Care tips
Reading and following the instructions in your guide will keep you hair looking, feeling, and acting natural.

Please check the hair before doing anything to it. Be certain that the hair texture, color, length, and quality are what you want. We will not be responsible for the hair if it is not in original condition. For the WET & WAVE hair such as the French Refined and the European Wave, you may test the Curl by wetting a small portion. Place the hair on a desk, pull a small portion away from the rest, spray some water, and let it soak for about 15 seconds. Hold the top of the hair while it is on the desk and gently brush the wet portion from the bottom and you will see it wave. Towel-dry and scrunch the hair for the wavier look.

1. Keep the hair clean. We suggest that you wash the hair at least once or twice a week with warm or cold water. Please wash the hair immediately after swimming, spa, exercise, etc. When dirt and sweat accumulate, hair tangles. Too much leave-in conditioners and other hair care products (e.g. styling gel, hair spray…) will create a build up on the hair and will cause it to tangle and damage faster. If the hair feels dry or heavy with build up. Wash it with good shampoo & conditioner.

2. Before washing the hair, spray a mixture of conditioner and water and brush the hair from the bottom up. You must gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair. If the hair is very dry and a lot of water is added at once, hair will swell up like sponge and tangle! Therefore, it is important to wet the hair gradually and brush it.

3. After wetting the hair, add shampoo and conditioner and brush gently. Be sure to wash and brush the hair in one direction. Rinse thoroughly in clean water and pat gently with towel to remove excess water. Do not wring or twist it. It is best to air dry on a table (but you can also blow-dry with low to medium heat). Do not dry wig on head or stand, as it will stretch the cap.

4. Make sure you brush the hair daily and apply some leave-in wig conditioner so that the hair is soft and moist. The hair spray and styling gel can create extra hold yet workable for all types of styles. A good leave-in hair treatment can keep the hair from drying and damage. But remember not to put too much, otherwise, there will be a build up and make the hair feel too heavy. If the hair has too much hair care products, you should wash the hair completely by following steps 2 and 3.

5. When swimming, always wear a cap to prevent prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water. Always wash the hair right away with shampoo and conditioner after swimming in both types of water. When going to the spa, the hair should be brushed out completely and should be wrapped in a cold, wet towel.

6. NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR. Make sure the hair is completely dry before going to bed.

7. It would be advisable NOT to TINT, COLOR, PERM or do any extra chemical processes because it has already been treated. Please be extra careful with blonde and other light colored hair. They are more chemically processed than the darker hair. Therefore, we will not be responsible for the outcome.
